The beauty of The Unconference is that you get to choose what is valuable to you. You get to decide what adventure you take. Some will choose to spend the entire time in the hallways making life-changing connections. Some will blend the ability to get 1:1 coaching, join a few mastermind sessions and balance hallway conversations. It is completely up to you in deciding what is most important to you!

Small, Niched Group Masterminds
Few things are more powerful for connection and growth than small-niched masterminds. The Unconference will have a place for these specific masterminds to occur, including niche experts to facilitate and lead these. The mastermind topics will be determined by the interests and needs of what we hear from the attendees during the application process to ensure the topics are on point.

The value of doing an event with limited tickets and an application process is that we get to see what the strengths and needs are of the attendees. A main point of what we do as the organizers is the pre-event work of learning who needs to be connected, and making sure that those people meet and get to know one another at The Unconference. We've attended so many conferences where meetups need to be done before or after the event because they have so many speakers. Our idea is, let's hold these meetups inside the event! This is available only for Platinum and Luxury Box ticket owners. On Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, after the event has finished, Platinum and Luxury Box ticket owners will have the unique adventure of participating in a Secret Dinner. We make reservations at a group of local Sarasota restaurants, and with our "Connect the Unconnected" information, will bring attendees together for a dinner where they won't know who is attending until they sit down for their meal.

Where is The Unconference taking place?
The Unconference is taking place at The Embassy Suites in beautiful Sarasota, Florida. The hotel is a ten minute drive from the Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport and it is situated in the heart of downtown Sarasota, located in walking distance to a vibrant downtown with amazing restaurants, coffee shops and the marina. There is a free trolley that will take you to the acclaimed St. Armands Circle and the white sand beached of Lido Key, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

What is the refund policy?
Because of the intimacy of the event, there are no refunds. There are transfers of tickets allowed, but the person having the ticket transfered to them would need to go through the application process and be approved before the transfer can take place. There will be no transfers allowed within 60 days of The Unconference.
What are the dates of The Unconference?
The full event for all attendees is on February 4th and 5th, 2025. Registration for all attendees will begin in the evening of Monday, February 3, 2025. There will be a VIP Day on Monday, February 3rd for those approved for the Luxury Box tickets. Exact times will be determined soon.
Who is The Unconference not for?
The Unconference is not for the person that wants to sit passively, listening to speaker after speaker, and taking pages of notes (that they will never look at again.)
The Unconference is not for for the person who lacks curiosity and interest in others, and just goes to the events to pitch for new clients.
The Unconference is not for the person who loves to talk more about themselves than they like to ask questions of others.
The Unconference is not for the person that doesn't value investing into themselves and their business.
What are the qualifications of someone who will be accepted to the Luxury Box?
We will update the page soon with more details, but those accepted for The Luxury Box will already have a thriving business, a heart to serve and a clear goal of what they would like to get out of the day so the group can be of the utmost service to them.
